The rebel riders

For the past few weeks, I have been working on a biker gang called the rebel riders who will be part of the Dasher series in Volume 2. While I proof read my latest issue, I originally wanted to create a gang of soldiers to attack a cargo ship in the Atlantic ocean. At the time, it occurred to me that people dressed up as soldiers don't necessarily have to be criminals. So instead, I chose to do a biker gang instead, consisting of three characters.

For each character, I thought about the weapons they would have to make them threatening and unique. Queen Roads, the gang leader, would have a metallic whip she uses as a belt, and her bike is equipped with a plow to shove cars up ahead of her out of the way. Bruce would be armed with a bazooka, but his bike will just be like any other bike, except decorated with horns to resemble a rhino. Tucker would have golden knuckledusters for close combat against Dasher, and his bike will be designed to crash through solid walls.

Before I used Adobe Photoshop to create the characters, I wanted to make the character bio for them.

Bio:

They are a biker gang obsessed with dominating the roads across the country and have a penchant for destroying any vehicle that crosses their path. Their thrill-seeking addiction to causing chaos on the road has transformed them into a dangerous group. With their impressive engineering skills, they can build, repair, and upgrade their motorcycles to such a degree that they become lethal on the road.

At times, they engage in bank robberies for the thrill of it and steal mechanical parts to upgrade their bikes and weaponry, enabling them to evade capture by the authorities. Queen Road views Bruce and Tucker as her bodyguards to protect her on the road from the police. For ten years, the police have consistently failed to capture and arrest them due to the gang's destructive capabilities, making them the most wanted group of criminals in the UK.

Charlotte Roads, often referred to as Queen Roads, earned her title by successfully leading her engineering crew, who shared her vision of a free and open world. Having grown up in a troubled environment, she often viewed herself as superior to those around her. Her interest in engineering originated from her ambition to create a kingdom that would oversee all the roads. Bruce the Smasher and Tucker the Buster, her loyal bodyguards on the road, had earned their nicknames because of their impressive weaponry. With his engineering skills, Bruce constructed a Bazooka cannon designed to destroy any pursuing vehicles. Meanwhile, Tucker was armed with pistols and a pair of brass knuckles for close combat. Despite their loyalties to Queen Roads, if any of them failed to do something for her, she would use her constructed chain-whip to beat them senselessly. The Rebel Riders aim to achieve worldwide fame, aspiring to be remembered as one of the greatest biker gangs in history. However, their ambition is jeopardized when they discover Dasher, the blue, speeding guardian angel of Blackpool. With his extraordinary powers, Dasher threatens to gain more fame and glory in the annals of history than the Rebel Riders.
